Sindalah is NEOM’s island destination in the Red Sea. Cluster 6 covers three of its landmark venues — the beach club, the water sport club and the golf club — delivered by MAB United under a combined MEP contract.
The contract is in its handing-over stage. In the company’s own words, it “marks a significant milestone in the NEOM development”.

Execution.
Structure and services are modelled together and clash-detected before installation, so that the mechanical and electrical routes are proven against the frame rather than cut into it.
